Anna Silk, born January 31st 1974 in Fredericton Brunswick Canada, is a Canadian actress famous for her character Bo on the Showcase series Lost Girl. Silk was raised in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. The daughter of Peter an academic, as well as Ilkay Silk who is a renowned performer, actress, and playwright and Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna holds some of her most fond memories of watching TV and attending play rehearsals. Silk featured in a number of commercials while she was young. In 1997, she received an associate's degree from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas was engaged in two early theater productions including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999).
